Ciclovation USA Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
Effective Date: August 6, 2025
Ciclovation USA is committed to preserving the integrity and value of our brand by ensuring fair competition among our resellers. To support these efforts, Ciclovation USA has unilaterally adopted this Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy.
This MAP Policy applies to all authorized resellers of Ciclovation USA products within the United States. It governs the minimum price at which any Ciclovation USA product may be advertised, including but not limited to:
- Online storefronts or websites
- Social media ads or posts with pricing
- Search engine marketing
- Printed marketing materials (flyers, catalogs, etc.)
- Email marketing
- Broadcast media (TV/radio)
This policy applies only to advertised pricing, not to the actual selling price. Resellers remain free to set final sales prices at their own discretion.
⚠️ Selling or advertising Ciclovation USA products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in immediate enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination.
MAP Pricing
All applicable MAP prices are listed in the official Ciclovation USA MAP Price List, which will be provided to authorized resellers. Ciclovation USA reserves the right to modify this list at any time.
Violations & Enforcement
To maintain fairness and brand consistency, violations of this policy will be addressed as follows:
- First Violation: Formal written warning
- Second Violation: Suspension of purchasing privileges
- Ongoing or Severe Violations: Termination of reseller relationship
Ciclovation USA enforces this policy uniformly and does not negotiate or discuss MAP pricing with resellers. This is a unilateral policy, not an agreement.
Authorized Dealer Requirement
Only resellers who have been explicitly approved as Authorized Dealers by Ciclovation USA may sell or advertise our products. Unauthorized sellers are not entitled to brand support, promotional materials, or warranties.
